This Party Political Broadcast, belonging to the viral circuit, raises many controversies because it is considered defamatory towards the Labour Party and harmful for the British people. Furthermore it is part of the political campaign realized by the British viral advertising agency Asa Bailey and commissioned by the extremist Conservative party, detached from the Conservative one .
The aim of the campaign is to encourage the younger generation to vote for the Conservatives, but the PPB shows violent images recorded on I-phones, rather than just denigrate the Labour party.
On the one hand the Asa Bailey consider the ads just a portrait of the current situation in the UK, indeed the drunk girl appearing on the video wouldn't be scandalous. On the other hand the Labour Party does not approve the use of images so strong and violent in the political discourse.
However the debate didn't stop the increasing viral genre that from 2005 became the official propaganda policy of the parties.
